We are the only Arizona nonprofit providing education, advocacy and support for those living on the sexual offense registry and their loved ones.
Over the past few decades, sexual offense registries have grown far beyond the original intent of enabling police to track the most dangerous offenders. In a series of incremental steps, registries have been expanded, bringing more and more onerous restrictions to those who must live under their shadow.
At the same time, there has been a noticeable surge in the number of studies and research articles related to registration showing that registries don't work. NARSOL maintains a list of articles and studies on their website. If you are interested in discovering more, try using Google Scholar to search keywords or authors.
