Position & Summary of Duties
Advocates & Citizen Lobbyists
Build local, state, and national connections; share AZRSOL's message and educate policymakers to improve laws for those impacted by sexual offense registry laws.
Comment Moderator
Track and respond to comments across AZRSOL's social media and blog, serving as the organization's voice for questions, complaints, and concerns.
Correspondent
Read scanned letters received by mail and draft timely, professional responses for printing and mailing from the Phoenix office. Full training provided.
Gatekeeper (New Contact Forms)
First point of contact for new inquiries; responds directly, logs contacts, vets/adds to the Fearless Contact list, forwards Tucson-area inquiries, and may share out-of-state resources.
Journalist
Monitors and compiles Arizona registry-related news; submits bi-monthly digest reports to NARSOL.
Online Researcher
Keeps Wiki and Resources pages current on Arizona laws, legislation, case law, and ordinances; submits findings for project-leader review before posting.
Sales & Marketing Volunteer
Promotes AZRSOL's mission via social media, email, and events; develops marketing materials, expands donor/partner base, and supports fundraising campaigns.
Social Media Specialist
Creates, schedules, and posts content across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to unite registrants/families and grow public support for reform.
ASH Volunteer Coordinator
Oversees the Arizona Support & Hope volunteer network — manages visit requests/assignments, recruits and trains volunteers, and conducts quarterly check-ins.
IT Support Specialist
Maintains AZRSOL's website and platforms; troubleshoots technical issues and provides IT support to staff and volunteers.
Education Coordinator
Builds public awareness through community events, informational tables, and educational materials; always attends events with another AZRSOL volunteer.
Fearless Meeting Coordinator (Phoenix & Tucson)
Organizes and hosts Fearless support group meetings — securing speakers, sending notices, facilitating discussion, and distributing minutes.
